The death penalty is the act of punishing someone to death for an offense. Questions have been arisen to whether death penalty should be abolished in countries around the world. The pro’s and con’s of death penality.
Therefore, the purpose of this research study is to look at both sides of the arguments of death penalty. It starts off with the description of death penalty and the different types of death penalty. Interesting issues are brought up like the wrongful executions, death penalty being deterrent to crime and the alternatives to death penalty. yeah death penalty should be abolished permanently bcz it will not create any huge impact on the society. let see with example...in nirbhaya case the culprits got death penalty but does it create any impact on society ? does it reduces the rapes ? i think its not the proper solution for culprits. instead of death penalty we need proper punishment for persons who committed crime so that it will set an example in the society bcz we all know that death penalty is given rarely and court took many years to give judgment on death penalty. so my view is dealth penalty must be abolished bcz its no use in current situations.
